Requirement
Minimum of 10 years HR experience, including 5 years in training and development
Bachelor degree required. Master’s degree in HR or related field or MBA preferred
Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
Good project management and planning skills
Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills
Open-minded, self-motivated, outgoing and able to work independently with passion for excellence and
quality
Effective communication and listening skills
Problem solving abilities and result-oriented
Team player
Good computer skill (MS office)
