Required Qualifications:
Success in this position will require a broad set of experiences and skills, ranging from excellence in core engineering, ability to deeply engagement with customers/partners and building a collaborative working relationship with development, test, product planning, partner PM organizations and marketing.
You should possess a strong technical background and an extremely good grasp of software engineering principles, exceptional problem solving and design skills, and a minimum of 10 years experience in delivering software solutions in a project management, program management or business analyst capacity. You should be self-motivated and self-directed and able to lead and motivate. A demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain is presumed. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are very important. Familiar and comfort in presenting to senior executives is a must. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
