Responsibilities:
•Manage asset and inventory.
•Track hardware handout.
•Follow up and record IT related orders
•Coordinate loan equipment.
•Participate in making hardware purchase budget plan.
•Support new hire deployment.
•Prepare new hire hardware in advance.
•Install standard image for laptop or desktop.
•Provide IT brief introduction/support on the first day of new hire.
•Troubleshooting system/hardware/network issues.
•Manage requests on a ticketing system and make sure meet the regulation SLA.
•Coordinate with vendor technical support in responding to hardware issue.
•Deliver high quality technical support to desktop user.
Requirements:
•2+ years' experience on similar role.
•Good communication ability in Mandarin and English.
•Able to work within team environment.
•Fundamental knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7) able to install and configure an operating system and its hardware.
•Understand PC hardware and peripherals (memory, hard disk, storage, USB, KVM, etc) .
•Good troubleshooting and technical communication skills.
•Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite of products.
•Knowledge of *Unix Operating Systems a bonus.
