岗位职责
• Responsible for leading the RD Department, report to Plant Manager.
• Assist in the development and implementation of an overall RD strategy and objectives for the finishing operations to help ensure the factory achieves its overall business objectives.
• Direct improvement of processes for the PCB products samples.
• Ensure that good or high end technology concepts are used in the sustaining of production.
• Implement Preventative and Validation measures and new materials for product and process quality.
职位要求
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor or above Degree holder or above in Engineering, Chemistry, mechanical or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of working experience in PCB field in which at least 3 years in management level.
• Demonstrated Leadership, Communications, Planning and Execution skills.
• Technical Communications, familiarity of all PCB processes and Project scheduling & controlling, Failure Analysis, 8D, 5S, 6-Sigma, FMEA.
• Strong leadership especially sophisticated skills on People Management.
• Cost conscious, analytical and quick respond.
• Sound business acumen and interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
• Good command of communication skill, fluent English and Mandarin.
• Able to work under pressure and strong desire to achieve aggressive targets.
